RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Lueur, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us, in accordance with your right of withdrawal.

2. Conditions
The item must be returned new, unused, in its complete original packaging. Any incomplete, damaged, or used product cannot be refunded.

3. Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at bonjour@mhlab.fr with your order number. We will provide you with the return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days, to the payment method used during the order.

6. Defective Product
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours at [your email] with photos. We will proceed with a replacement or refund at our expense.
