GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Lueur website.

2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Lueur reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order
Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

4. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure system. The order is processed after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are provided as an indication (generally 5 to 15 working days). Lueur cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The product must be returned new, in its original packaging. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned item.
